Orders placed before 2PM EST ship the same day from our facility in Cornelius, NC. Orders placed after 2PM EST ship the following business day. We ship Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays.

Yes — we offer free shipping on orders over $200. Shipping rates for orders below this threshold are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

If the carrier confirms your package as lost and you provide proof of non-delivery, we will reship your order at no additional cost. If the carrier marks the package as "delivered," we are unable to offer a free reship. Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. America First Labs is not responsible for carrier delays, weather-related disruptions, or other factors outside our control once the package has been handed to the carrier.

All of our peptides are independently verified at ≥99% purity by accredited third-party laboratories. A Certificate of Analysis (COA) is included with every order and is publicly accessible on our COA Library page.

Yes. Every batch is tested by an independent, accredited third-party laboratory before it is made available for purchase. We do not rely solely on manufacturer-provided data.

Due to the nature of research peptides and the risk of product degradation, we do not accept returns. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photographic evidence and we will work to resolve the issue.

Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us to resolve the issue is considered fraudulent activity. We maintain detailed records of all orders and shipments and will dispute all unwarranted chargebacks. Please contact us first — we are committed to resolving any legitimate issues.

If items are missing from your order, contact us with your order number and a description of what is missing. After verification against our fulfillment records, missing items will be resent at no charge.
